We work with trusted fulfillment partners across the US, UK, and Asia to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Depending on product availability, your item may ship from a domestic or international warehouse.

3. How long does shipping take?

After processing (1–3 business days), average delivery times are:

  • USA: 7–12 business days

  • Canada, UK, Australia: 10–18 business days

5. Can I cancel or change my order?

We begin processing orders quickly, but if you contact us at support@zenvoro.com within 12 hours, we’ll do our best to update or cancel your order before it ships.

6. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
To begin a return, email us at support@zenvoro.com with your order number and reason for return.

7. Do you offer refunds?

Yes. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the item was damaged or defective.

8. Do I need to worry about customs or import fees?

In most cases, orders to the US, UK, Canada, and Australia do not incur additional import fees.
However, if your country applies duties or taxes, they are the responsibility of the buyer.
